"Good discounts overall, even with a small hiccup"
I’ve used maxl a few times now, and to be fair, the discounts are usually solid. I did have one promo code that wouldn’t work at checkout, which was frustrating, but overall I still ended up saving money. Seems only fair to give them 4 stars since the deals have mostly been worth it.

It’s been solid so far. Does what I needed it to do, no real complaints there. I did notice one little lag issue at one point, but it wasn’t anything major or... yeah, nothing that ruined the experience

"Not quite what I expected"
The item I got looked a bit different from what was shown in the description, and a few details seemed to be missing. It’s not totally unusable or anything, and I’m not saying it’s a scam, but I definitely expected it to match the pictures and info on the site a little better.

I ordered my usual size from maxl.com, so I expected it to fit at least somewhat normally, but it felt really off. The chest was way too tight, while other areas were weirdly loose, so the whole thing just sat awkwardly on me. In my opinion, it looked nothing like the photos once I actually tried it on. Disappointing experience, and I don’t think I’d order from them again

"Fair prices, but heads up on delivery"
Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering from maxl.com: overall, I’d give it 4 stars. The prices were fair and what I received was decent for the money, so I don’t feel like I got ripped off. That said, don’t expect everything to be flawless, and delivery could definitely be faster. I’d probably use them again, but I’d say go in with realistic expectations.

I waited nearly three weeks to get my refund, which isn’t great. I get that delays happen, but this felt like way too long with not enough urgency. If this is how refunds are handled, I’d seriously think twice about shopping here again.

I ordered from maxl and the item itself was fine, nothing amazing but not terrible either, the annoying part was trying to return it because I had to wait days just to hear back, the instructions weren’t very clear when they finally replied, and then the refund took longer than I expected too, so while I wouldn’t say it’s the worst shop ever or anything, I probably wouldn’t order from them again if returns are going to be this much of a headache.

"Solid Overall, with a Little Room to Improve"
I’ve been using it for a bit now, and overall it feels really solid. In my experience, it does what it’s supposed to do well and feels dependable day to day. It’s not absolutely perfect yet, but it’s definitely a good product and I’ve been happy with it so far.

"Support came through in the end"
I had an issue with my order and it did take a few emails back and forth to get everything sorted, so don’t expect it to be instant. That said, support was helpful and fixed the problem in the end. If you run into something similar, I’d say just be patient, keep your order details handy, and follow up if needed

I ordered from MaxL and the checkout did go through in the end, but it felt a bit clunky. Some pages loaded slow, and I had to double-check my shipping info twice, which was kind of annoying. The payment went through just fine and I got the confirmation email, so it wasn’t a huge problem. I just really wish the checkout process was a little faster and clearer.

I ordered something from maxl.com and the tracking was clear in a normal way. It didn’t update right away, like not instantly, but after some time I could see where the package was going most of the time. The delivery showed up around when it was supposed to, so that was fine. One of the updates came kind of late and I was a little unsure for a bit, so I’m taking off one star. But overall, it was okay and not a bad experience.

"Support just never followed up"
I had an issue with my order and emailed maxl.com twice, but nobody actually got back to me properly. The only thing I got was basically a generic “we’ll look into it” type reply, and then nothing after that. I also tried sending a message through their website form and still didn’t hear back. It’s really frustrating when a company takes your money but can’t answer a simple question. I wouldn’t order from them again.

I’m annoyed with how this showed up. The box was super thin and already half crushed when it got to my door, and there was barely any padding inside. The item had marks on it too, like someone just tossed it in and called it good. For what I paid, I expected a lot better. I also don’t love dealing with these automated systems when something goes wrong, because it feels like nobody actually looks at the problem. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from maxl.com again if this is how they pack things.
